CASE ONE : This was a case where the client had gone to a lot of trouble to gain a Judgment Order on the target who had bought an item from them. Once the Judgment Order had been made, the bailiff was unable to serve the order on the debtor as they did not reside at the given address. Our client had been trying for 6 months to find them but without success. Our client sent us all the relevant information and the debtor was found quickly. It was found that the debtor had given false details to our client and the court regarding their place of residence. The document was served on them and full payment received.
CASE TWO: This case was where our client was suspicious that their partner was having an affair. At an initial meeting our client gave great background information and a pattern of movements was established. An investigation plan for surveillance was set up and carried out. Good evidence was gained showing the clients suspicion was correct.
CASE THREE: This case was an in-depth work place investigation where two phone and three in person interviews were carried out. In short the case was regarding work place theft where our client had already spoken with three employees and had come to a conclusion regarding who the offender was. We carried out an initial phone interview of two of the employees to gain a background and basic details regarding the main suspect. An in-person interview of the main suspect of two hours came to the conclusion that this person did not commit the theft. Further interviews of the other two employees began to bring the case together. One employee stood out from the other two. It was not only the answers given in the interview but also the actions and body language of the person. At the right time and good questioning pressure was put on and a confession was gained from this employee.
