TERMS OF INVESTIGATION
- All clients must complete a Client Form.
- Fortnightly progress payments are required for all individual cases and includes disbursements and expenses. Should payments not be met all work on the case will cease until payment of the outstanding debt has been paid.
- All invoices must be paid before/on the required date. Individual cases will receive no information until the invoice is paid in full. Corporate business clients information will be released and then invoiced with payment expected by the due date. Consequences to payment defaults will result in the client being responsible for all collection costs of the outstanding debt.
- The client agrees to supply photo ID and consents to a credit check
- The client has read and understands the surveillance terms

FALSE INFORMATION
- I-On Investigations acts on the assumption that you (the client) have supplied truthfull information regarding your (the clients) case. If you supply false/misleading information, I-On Investigations will take no responsibility for any consequences that may occur as a result of that information.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
- This privacy statement complies with the 1993 New Zealand Privacy Act.
All gathered information/data (personal + case related) will not be used/released without your permission.Your personal details/information will be used for the purpose for which they have been provided. All case details will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required to do so in law, at which time you will be informed. You may update your personal details and case information at any time by appointment only (time is charged). Case information is kept for a period of three months and then securely disposed off. In the case of electronic information, it is securely deleted with McAfee softwear.
